The Facebook Mention Box was created to allow celebrities on the red carpet to provide an interactive video response to fans’ questions. Access Hollywood will have exclusive access to the device for Monday’s red carpet, and questions can be submitted through their website. Once in the hands of celebrities, they simply shake the device to receive a fans’ question, then they record a video response right on the device, which can then be posted on Facebook. The DC-based digital agency has celebrated many successes of late. Just yesterday, the company’s move to the former Wonder Bread factory in Shaw was highlighted in the The Wall Street Journal. Last month, the company was named this year’s Small Agency of the Year by Ad Age (which shouldn’t be surprising considering the quality of clients it has picked up and the creative work they’ve produced), and even began operations in New York City. You can catch the Facebook Mentions Box at the Emmys this upcoming Monday.
