That’s why Levo today launched a suite of new online products, courses, and offerings specifically designed to help young professionals as they embark on their new lives. As the team says, this launch came just as Millennials surpassed Gen X as the largest pool of talent in the US labor force. Not to mention that 1.8 million new graduates, who are also Millennials, just entered the workforce. The tool suite includes a new profile feature, an iOS app called Thinking Talents, and The Ultimate Toolkit to Kickstart Your Career. These three guides are designed to help grads to not only find a job and career, but a job and career they’re passionate about. Ghosn tells that the tools Levo is providing will help people understand and harness their individual strengths to their advantage. That means everything from building relationships to innovation: Levo really does want to see you be the best version of yourself. And that’s important because, according a recent study Levo did, millenials find professional development and growth to be about 70 percent more important than salary. When you pair that with the fact that millenials are projected to occupy more than 50 percent of the workforce by 2020 and you can see how well positioned Levo truly is.
